Stride (“Stride”, “we”, “us”) is a growth agency and operates this website. These terms govern your use of it. Client engagements are governed by a separate services agreement, not by these terms.

2. Using this site

You may browse this site and use its content for your own information. You may not copy, scrape, republish or sell any part of it without our written permission. You may not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or breaks the law.

3. Booking a call

Booking a call through this site creates no obligation on either side. A call is a conversation, not an engagement. Any work we do for you begins only when both parties sign a services agreement.

4. Content and accuracy

We work to keep the content on this site accurate and current. Results described on this site come from work with specific clients under specific conditions and are not a promise of what any other brand will achieve. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice.

5. Guarantee

Where this site refers to a guarantee, the full terms of that guarantee, including how revenue is measured and what happens if the guarantee is not met, are set out in the services agreement for each engagement. The reference on this site is a summary, not the contract.

6. Intellectual property

The Stride name, logo, site design, copy and imagery belong to us or our licensors. Client names and logos shown on this site belong to those clients and appear with permission.

7. Third-party links and tools

This site links to and uses third-party services, including scheduling and analytics tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Disclaimer

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site's availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
